A Bit About Me
Coach and competitor by day, fantasy book reader and mediocre COD player by night.
I started weight training back in 2015 because I wanted to have bigger legs and to feel strong. I was a gymnast for 11 years, and after a few years off I wanted something that could take the place of that in my life. I didn’t think competing or coaching was ever something I’d ever really dive into, but here we are, and I'm loving it.
I started taking my training to compete more seriously in 2020, and I did my first couple of shows in 2021 before turning pro in 2023.
During that time, I was also mentoring under Sam as his assistant coach. I love what I do, I’m very passionate about competing, and I take a lot of pride in seeing my clients progress.
Outside of bodybuilding, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend & our two cats, reading & bookstore dates, trying out new coffee shops, hiking, and Harry Potter marathons.
