At Team Siege we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our clients. We include a wide variety of services within our coaching packages to ensure clients feel taken care of and have everything they need to succeed.

Below are listed some of the things included within our monthly coaching plans.
What to expect from your coach
As coaches we aim to offer the best services possible. We want to ensure that you as a client feel taken care of and that your goals hold value to us as much as they do you.
Our focus will be to help you on your journey as much as possible while also caring for your mental and physical well being. We are not here to simply put competitors on stage, our goal is to create longevity, health, and build as people and athletes. We aim to have high expectations, but realistic ideals around them. We don't expect perfection, just accountability and the push for positive progress.

Listed below are some key points of our coaching process:

- Full access to your coach through WhatsApp with phone call scheduling as well.
-Weekly checkins to ensure you have the accountability you need and are progressing in the right direction. Depending on goal and need these checkins will become more frequent, especially for prep athletes.
-Programming through a detailed google doc that you will also be able to fill data markers into so that we have any and all information necessary to keep your progress consistent.
-Exercise footage review. We like all of our clients to submit training footage for critique if needed to ensure they get the absolute most out of the training protocols.
-Nutritional guidance with either macronutrient breakdowns and/or a meal plan built out for your goals. We put a big focus on ensuring our clients mentally and physically handle the food well.

What we expect from our clients
We expect our clients to come into this, no matter the goal, with a positive mindset. That is our highest expectation. Being an athlete, changing your lifestyle, being more accountable, etc. are all difficult things to do, and they're even more difficult if you are in a negative headspace.

Listed below are some of the basic client expectations we have:

-Quality communication. We need our clients communicating as much information as possible to us. The more information, the better. This will give us more insight into what is needed.
-Complete the logging sections within your google sheets unless otherwise directed by your coach.
-Submit check in forms AND progress pictures on time. If you are unable to do so, communicate that with your coach so they know what is going on. If you have more information to give than the form covers, let us know that as well.
-Be accountable and honest with your check ins and how well you are following plan. We can not help you if you are not following the plan or being dishonest.
-Ask us questions. You are not a bother to us. Always feel free to reach out when something comes up or you need help. We are here to help you, that is our job.
-Do not expect to be baby sat by your coach. You set this goal, if you want it, you will have to work for it. A coach gives you the tools, but you have to put in the effort to make it happen.

Your goals are our goals. Come into this coach-client relationship ready to work and improve, and always remember to keep your mindset positive.
