A Bit About Me
I started lifting at a young age. Growing up I was overweight, and around the time I turned 14 I found out that I was pre-diabetic. I always tried to be active in sports which eventually led me into the weight room. Through 5 years in Track & Field I did Olympic lifting and Powerlifting. Around the age of 16 is when bodybuilding really caught my eye. I started training more like a bodybuilder, and began trying to eat like one too. As time passed I found a deep love for the sport, and the want to obtain more and more knowledge so that I could help other people better themselves in their own health and fitness journeys.

Outside of bodybuilding I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, and playing video games. I can also do a pop shove it.
